Most people only think about their IT hardware setup when something breaks. A little planning ahead of that point, on hardware, networking, and AMC support, saves a lot of downtime later.
On the hardware side, that means picking desktops and laptops sized to what you actually do, from everyday office work to demanding workstation tasks, backed by on-site service instead of a box that ships and disappears.
On the infrastructure side, that means networking that doesn't fall over under load, whether that's switches and structured cabling for an office or a properly planned WiFi access point layout for consistent coverage across every room. It also means a UPS sized to your load, so a power cut doesn't take your server or workstation down with it.
And on the ongoing side, that means an AMC or ASC contract, so maintenance is a scheduled, predictable cost instead of an emergency call when something finally fails.
None of this is complicated in isolation. It's just easier to get right with someone who's been doing it locally for over two decades than to piece it together machine by machine.
